I am proud to announce my latest release, Waking the Dragon.  I have composed these instrumental songs as a tribute to the fans of my music in Bloodsport, Kickboxer, and Breathing Fire, though I certainly would welcome a wider audience.  I have used some of the old 80s sounds from those films, surrounded by more contemporary digital sounds, to hint at the old and acknowledge the new.  Although the styles of pulsating fight rhythms and meditative introspection that I used to underpin the drama of those seminal martial arts films are to be found here, they appear with completely new and original melodies and harmonies.  I hope to inspire all listeners old and new to “fight to survive.”
